Our client needed a secure, flexible digital platform to deliver training materials and product evaluations to healthcare professionals across multiple markets.

The challenge

Historically, product training relied on in-person sessions supported by printed materials.

Feedback from healthcare professionals was gathered manually using paper surveys — a process that was time-consuming, inconsistent, and difficult to track across different regions.

With a growing product portfolio and the launch of new safety device innovations, our client wanted to streamline how training and evaluation content was delivered and managed globally.

They required a system that could host multiple product areas, support multilingual delivery, and capture structured feedback for ongoing product development.

Our solution

Triad designed and built a bespoke online training and survey platform, bringing together training modules, supporting media, and feedback forms within one easy-to-manage system.

Accessible through a secure login, the Training Portal allows users to explore product information, watch videos, download resources, and complete online assessments. Each product section can include FAQs, technical documents, instructional videos, and multiple-choice assessments to aid learning — with instant scoring and feedback.

Administrators can easily add new products, manage users, and update training content through a simple content management system 〈CMS〉, without technical support.

To complement this, Triad developed a Product Evaluation Survey Site — a companion tool used to capture healthcare professional feedback on new medical devices. Built on the same technical framework, this system allows multiple surveys to run concurrently in different markets, with all data stored securely and exportable as raw CSV files for analysis.

Expansion for the Malaysia Market

Following the success of the global rollout, Triad extended the system to support regional training and evaluation in Malaysia.

The Malaysia Survey Site introduced a bilingual interface (English and Malaysian) and modular structure with sequential navigation through multimedia training content, followed by survey submissions.

Each module includes embedded presentations, videos, and supporting downloads, with a visual progress tracker guiding users through each stage. Administrators can manage all content and survey data through the same CMS, maintaining control while adapting materials for local audiences.
