The challengeOur client — a global organisation with teams spread across multiple regions — needed a more efficient, structured, and consistent approach to managing staff evaluations and performance development.
Previously, performance reviews relied heavily on manual processes and face-to-face conversations with limited data capture. This made it difficult for managers to compare perceptions, track progress, or ensure fair, evidence-based assessments.
The goal was to create a digital HR evaluation portal that would streamline the review process, improve transparency, and support employee growth — all while being accessible in multiple languages across the business.
Our solutionTriad designed and built a bespoke HR Staff Evaluation Portal — a secure, multi-language platform that allows both employees and line managers to complete structured performance assessments online before their in-person review.
The tool compares responses between the manager and employee, highlighting any differences in perception. This enables both parties to focus on meaningful discussion points during their meeting, leading to more balanced and constructive appraisals.
Following the review, users can collaboratively create an individual development plan, with goals and action points that can be updated and tracked over time.
In addition to assessments, the portal includes a content management system 〈CMS〉 hosting diagrams, FAQs, and guidance materials to support users through the evaluation process.
Both complete identical questionnaires; responses are compared automatically to identify gaps.

To introduce the new system and drive engagement across the business, Triad also produced a supporting animated video.
The short animation was designed to communicate the purpose and benefits of the new HR portal in a clear and motivating way. It outlined the company’s broader learning and development strategy, explained how the new platform supports personal growth, and demonstrated how it connects to the organisation’s wider goals.
With a limited budget but a large internal audience, the animation used a clean, message-led style with simple motion graphics and on-brand visuals — effectively encouraging staff to explore and engage with the new platform.
