A big welcome to our
new owners!

We are super excited to announce that Triad has three new owners - David Hummel-Newell, Dale Perry and Russell Langridge.

Having worked together at previous agencies, the new owners are full of energy and fresh ideas to make Triad even better (if that's even possible!!) and we're all excited to have them on board.

With the new guys at the helm, Triad can't wait to dive into this new chapter as we look to expand into new areas of marketing services on a national and international level. And - most importantly - use our creativity to help more brands engage with their audiences.

David Hummel-Newell

25 years ago, after realising stockbroking was not for him, David set up Verto, a digital marketing agency now specialising in SEO and social media. During the growth of David's first business, he always kept a close eye on Triad. Over a number of years, he got to know the original founders well. In April 2023, David with Russell and Dale, took full ownership of Triad.

David sits on the board of multiple companies and brings expertise in business operations and marketing.

In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys cycling, kayaking and as a long-suffering Tottenham fan, (sometimes!) likes watching football!

Dale Perry

Dale is our new Finance, HR & IT Director, mirroring his role for 14 years at Altavia HRG. With an accountancy background, Dale understands that any good business needs a solid financial base and good financial governance, and he will bring this to Triad. In addition, Dale understands that any agency business is only as good as its staff, striving to make Triad one of the best places to work. Happy staff make a successful business!

Using the latest technology for ourselves and our clients is key in this industry and he plans to grow the extensive reputation that Triad have for innovative IT solutions to solve our client challenges.

When not working, Dale enjoys spending time with his wife, three sons and two dogs, as well as playing a bit of golf, managing a local youth football team and attempting to grow his own vegetables!

Russell Langridge

Russell is our new Commercial Director. He has over a quarter of a century's experience helping brands and retailers engage with their target audience instore and online.

Having ran successful client service, digital, marketing and business development teams with a creative agency, his hands-on experience has garnered recognition by major client wins, leading his formerly co-owned agency, Altavia HRG, to a multitude of industry awards.

Russell aims to continue driving excellent client retention, business growth and forward thinking through strong, empathetic leadership and pro-active, results-focussed engagement for agency clients. When Russell is not at Triad, he is an avid golfer and gardener, and loves spending time with his wife, two daughters and his beloved pet dog, Lulu.
